Boneless Chicken 1 Package
Red Pack Tomato Sauce 1 Large
Spanish Onion 1 Small
Minute Rice Brown Rice or Premium Rice 1 cup
Seasoned Salt 2 tablespoons
Sea Salt Sprinkle
1. Put the Sauce in a large pot and add the Season Salt and sprinkle Sea Salt. Heat the Sauce on a medium flame.
2. Rinse the chicken well with cold water and put in the heated sauce.
3. Dice the Onion that was washed with cold water and peeled on the cutting board. Add it to the Chicken pot. The total cooking time is 30 minutes set the timer , please: turn the Chicken over after 15 minutes.
4. Cook the rice according to the package. Sprinkle the Sea Salt before boiling the water.
Serve with a tossed salad and raw vegetables; a low fat dressing or one of my dip recipes is healthy. Also serve steamed broccoli and a sprinkle of Sea Salt and pepper. Serves 3 people.
