Mouth Watering Swedish Meatballs

90 % Lean Chopped Meat 2lbs
Ritz Crackers 1/2 the box
3 Large Eggs
Tomato Sauce 1 Large Can
Spanish Onion 1
Belgium Carrots
Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 Cans
Seasoned to Taste

Mix the Meat with the crumbled Ritz Crackers.
Heat on low heat the Tomato Sauce in a large pot.
Then, beat the eggs in a small bowl and add to the Meat Mixture.
Turn off the Sauce and add 1/3 cup of it to the Meat Mixture.
Put the clean peeled Onion in the pot.Then, add the cleaned Belgium Carrots. 
Next form small meatballs and place in the pot of Sauce. Cook with occasional gentle stirring on a low heat for about 45 minutes or up to 1 hour. Set your timer. Then, heat the mushroom Soups with only 1 can of water in a large pot to a boil and then turn off;add the just Drained with a large serrated spoon the Meatballs and stir gently. Then serve the Meatballs in a deep plate. On a small plate put the just drained with a large serrated spoon the Carrots with a the onion. Serve with cooked Egg Noodles. You can freeze the tomato sauce in a freezer bag and put in the freezer when cooled.
