Delicious Veal Cutlet Parmesan

Veal 2 Large Cutlets
Mozzarelli String Cheese 1/3 a package
Tomato Sauce 1 Large Can of Red Pack
Ritz Whole Wheat Crackers 2 Packages
6 Large Eggs
Virgin Olive Oil                                                                   Season to Your Taste

Parmesan Cheese Hardy Sprinkle


Beat the Eggs Well, Crumble the Crackers and Mix well with the Eggs.
Put the Washed Cutlet in the Egg Mixture. Then Season to Taste. Put enough Oil in a large pan on Medium Heat and when it is just starting to sizzle put the veal cutlets in. Take a fork and keep pressing down the bread crumbs and Sear the Meat with a fork. Cook till golden brown; total cooking time about 40 minutes turning twice while cooking. 
Then,put the Mozzarelli cheese on top of the cooked cutlets and add the Sauce and cook about 5-10 more minutes until the cheese melts. Sprinkle hardy with Parmesan Cheese Serves a Family of 4. Serve also with Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti and a nice Toss Salad. Enjoy!
