Eating Healthier and More Energy

Please, all parents have your children, your family and you eat more Organic Raw Foods daily; some Organic Foods are: Belgium Carrots, Fresh Broccoli, Peas, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Spinach, Avocados, Red Peppers, Apples, Mangoes, Grapes,  Oranges, Tangerines, Bananas, Cantaloupe, Honey Dew Melon, Papayas, Pineapple and Nectarines,. Plums. Peaches. Walnuts and Sun Flower Seeds. All will have more energy if you eat more Organic Foods Daily. Raw Organic Vegetables and Fruit contain water; water is our source of life-since our body consists mostly of water up to 60% and our brain 70%. Do not eat Dried Fruits because they will decrease the water in your body and your brain. If you are feeding infants or the elderly you can puree with a Kitchen Aid Blender the Raw Organic Fruit and Vegetables and also Steam(eating Raw Organic is even more beneficial to your health). Also you can make some tasty Dips to encourage your family eating the vegetables; some of my suggestions are Onion Dip, Broccoli Dip, Bean Dip(cooked Goya Kidney Beans-still have a great nutritional value) and Spinach Dip. My recipes are as follows:

Onion Dip

Organic Spanish Onions 3

Organic Garlic 2 cloves or 2 teaspoons

Daisy Light Sour Cream 2 containers

Season to Taste

On a cutting board, dice well or mince the peeled and rinsed well with cold water Onions and put in a large bowl.

Next on the cutting, dice well the peeled and well rinsed with cold Garlic and add to the  large bowl with the Onion.

Mix in the Sour Cream well. Season to your taste.

Give each person a bowl of the dip and their own large plate for your Organic Vegetables and enjoy! Serves 6 people.

Broccoli Dip

Organic Broccoli  9  Large Tops and Stalks

Organic Spanish Onions 1

Organic Garlic 1 clove or 1 teaspoon

Daisy Light Sour Cream 2 Containers

Season to Taste

In your Kitchen Aid Blender, Puree the Broccoli and put in a large bowl.

Then on your cutting board, dice well or mince the peeled and rinsed well with cold water Onions and add to the large bowl with the broccoli.

Next on the cutting board, dice well the peeled and well rinsed with cold water Garlic and add to the large bowl with the broccoli mixture.

Mix in the Sour Cream well. Season to your taste.

Give each person a bowl of the dip and their own large plate for your Organic Vegetables and enjoy! Serves 6 people.

Bean Dip

Goya Kidney Beans 3 cups

Organic Spanish Onions 1

Organic Garlic 2 cloves or  2 teaspoons

Organic Cherry Tomatoes 1 cup

Daisy Light Sour Cream

Season to Your Taste

First soak the Beans in cold water 1 hour and then drain and rinse and drain with cold water again. Boil water in a large pot on Medium Heat and add the beans and cook for 2 hours or until the beans are tender with a fork test-the bean can break with ease. Then put in your Kitchen Aid Blender and make puree. Put in a large bowl and cool it by letting stand and then by refrigeration.

Then, on a cutting board, please chop well or dice the peeled and well rinsed with cold water Onions and then add to the large bowl with the beans.

Next, chop the peeled and well rinsed with cold water garlic well and then add to the large bowl with the bean mixture.

Chop well the well rinsed with cold water cherry tomatoes or dice and add to the large bowl with the Bean mixture.

Add the Daisy Sour Cream and mix well. Season to your taste. Serve with your Organic Vegetables and enjoy! Serves 6 people. Serve each person their own bowl and place the vegetables on their own large plate.

Spinach Dip

Organic Spinach ½ package

Organic Spanish Onions 1

Organic Garlic 2 cloves or 2 teaspoons

Daisy Light Sour Cream

Season to Your Taste

In your Kitchen Aid Blender, puree the well rinsed with cold water and drained and stems removed Spinach and put in a large bowl.

On a cutting board, chop the Onions well or dice. Then, add to the large bowl with the Spinach.

Next, chopped well or dice the peeled and well rinsed Garlic. Then add to the large bowl with the Spinach Mixture.

Mix in the Sour Cream and mix well. Then, season to your taste. Serve with your Organic Vegetables and enjoy! Serves 6 people. Serve each person their own bowl and place the vegetables on their own large plate.

I hope that all parents, their child or children, and family will eat daily Organic Raw Vegetables and Organic Food along with other foods that are in our Food Plate(previously called our Food Pyramid). You can Google our Food Pyramid and find our Food Plate:the USDA highly recommends more vegetables than fruit and more grains than Protein foods. I wish all the very best of health! Best Regards, B Alsieux
