Delicious Shish Kabobs

Angus Steak 2 lbs
Fresh Dole Pineapple 1/2 whole 
White Idaho Potatoes 4
Imitation Crab Meat 2 lbs
Red Peppers 4
Whole Mushrooms 6                                                                             Spanish Onions 2

Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Rinse the steak with cold water and cut in cubes. Put in a very large broiling pan.

Then wash the pineapple with cold water and cut in half and then cut the pineapple in cubes. Put a piece next to the steak.

Wash with cold water the potaoes and peel and cut in cubes and put a piece next to the pineapple.

Soak the Imitation Crabmeat in a small bowl with cold water and drain and put it next to a pineapple.

Rinse the Red Peppers and Cut up it up in cubes and put it next to the imitation Crabmeat.

Wash the mushrooms very well with cold water and then put next to the crabmeat.

Also wash the Onions with cold water and then peel and cube it and then put it next to the Mushrooms.

Then, repeat layering 3 more times each Shish Kabob.

Pour Soy sauce on all Shish Kabobs

Broil on High until Steak is well done about 6 minutes or more(depending on your oven) each side;set the timer.

It will serve 4 people.

Serve with brown cooked rice and also steamed brocolli. For dessert,Frozen Yogurt Sundaes drizzled a little with Chocolate Nesquik Syrup and a sliced banana and some sliced pineapple
